Customer Service Representatives at National Builder Supply are responsible for answering incoming calls, providing product information, taking orders, and solving problems for our e-Commerce customers.

The National Builder Supply Call Center provides expert product information on the most recognizable bath and kitchen fixture brands in the world - including Kohler, Delta, Moen, and Toto - for customers around the country. The Call Center is focused on providing a first-class customer service experience. National Builder Supply is looking to hire strong talent to help achieve this goal.

A successful Customer Service Representative will thrive in our friendly, hard-working environment by accurately taking customer’s orders, expanding upon existing sales, suggesting additional merchandise, and handling complaints all while projecting a professional personal demeanor that accurately represents our company’s image.

Desired Skills And Experience:

  • Previous experience in call center or retail customer service
  • Ability to quickly learn about the kitchen, bath, and lighting products and brands we sell online
  • Comfortable on a Windows PC computer and familiar with purchasing products online
  • Friendly, positive attitude
  • College degree
