According to Delta, the pause feature is just for the handshower.

Hi, I want to install this item into an existing shower, so I need only this piece (I think this is called the shower head). It seems like there are duplicate items in your listing that all look like this. I want the best model, but shower head only. Is this what I order? Thanks.

This model includes the showerhead and hose. You would attach it to the shower arm you currently have in your shower.
