Other Thoughts:

The first one of these that I ordered showed up broken in two pieces. I am not sure whose fault it was; bad packaging or mishandling in transit. The second one arrived on schedule and didn't delay our counter-top upgrade much. So far, the product has performed well, handling large pots and all manner of other dishes. It is also easy to clean. The one thing I have left to do is find a in sink strainer. This is proving harder than anticipated, possibly because of the small, unusual(?) size of the left bowl.

30/70 is the way to go!

Pros:

Easy to Install,Great Design,Functional,Works Great,Deep Sink,Beautiful,Quieter than expected,Drains perfectly, no chasing food around, no water left puddling

Other Thoughts:

The 30% side is also shallow in comparison to the other side which is great, not much bending over. I use the 30% side a lot, it's big enough for that quick rinse and into the d.washer. Loved that you can get the 30% on right or left! The 70% side is so deep and big it can accomadate your largest pots and pans with room to spare. The cut-out at the top of the smaller sink (toward your wall) is perfect for dish and hand soaps. This sink (along with the large spray/ industrial faucet) has cut my dish time in half. After 1 month of use this is looking great, no scratches no flaws and no broken dishes. What a difference from Stainless!
