Pros:

This was exactly what we had been looking for over several weeks. ready to install right out of the package.

Cons:

There was no flange with this, but the description did not mention if one was included or not either.

Other Thoughts:

The only negative thing was that we were not notified that the item was on backorder until we contacted the company to find out why it had not shipped yet. It would have been nice to been informed up this with us have to inquire about it.
