Question:
If One of my solder joints didnt take, what should I do? should I take out piece in the middle of the valve so I don't mess up the rubber heating it again? Should I take all 3 joints all the way off and try it all over again?
Answer:

Yes, you should always remove the cartridge before soldering.  I would try just removing the leaking part and trying that again before I removed them all.
