OTHER THOUGHTS:   We ordered this Toto toilet after having previously ordered the same one. Great product. But the service we received from NBS by way of easy online ordering, good communication, fast shipping, etc. was impressive. We are still waiting, weeks later, to receive another "in stock, ships within 1-2 days" toilet we ordered the exact same day from "Home Perfect". Never again.
