All toilet fixtures were builders grade. We had issues with toilets leaking water, flush not resetting, needing multiple flushes per use etc right on cue after year 1 (warranty on fixtures expired). After having been through a few changes to flushing mechanism, adjustment, replace wax rings and a few other things - we decided to change toilets in all 3 of our bathrooms. While doing our research, it became obvious that ToTo was the brand with the most consistently good reviews. Then it came down to model selection, we wanted something that was efficient while not exorbitantly expensive. We selected this model after pouring over the reviews. Then we selected national builders supply as the people to buy from after a price comparison and researching reviews of the store. We ordered the toilets and they came in very well packaged by freight mail and delivered undamaged at our house. Not being very handy, we had a handyman do our install for us. He commented on how easy it was to put together. From then on, we have had no toilet issues at all. Lover our glaze coating, it allows for the toilet to be maintained clean with a minimum of fuss. Our water bills have been on a very well trimmed diet since then. We will not purchase anything other than Toto going forward. These are well engineered and well built toilets and we are happy for discovering them. A well satisfied and happy Toto household. --Cheers.
