Read on consumer reports that this was rated #2 in their test but had a lot more positive reviews then the the #1 rated toilet. Works great and is great looking. As noted in some reviews I have read, it gurgles (air & water mix) when filling (toto tank filler) Tank fills in 30 seconds most of the noise is gone in 10 seconds. Glad I purchased this product.

Seems like a great value so far. Far superior to all the standard, builder grade toilets in the house. Four toilets in the house and it's now the one everyone wants to use all the time.

Does this item include a toilet seat, or must one be added?
Answer:

This toilet does not include a seat.  A suggested seat would be the SS114#01.

I am looking for a Toto with a 14" rough in. White- elongated. 2 piece. help! ;)
Answer:

According to Toto, they do not have an exact 14" rough. You would have to purchase a skirted design like the Vespin II, which you can find here. Then you would need to purchase the 14" rough in adapter which you could find here.

will this toilet take the 10" rough in adapter
Answer:

Unfortunately this unit does not accept the 10" rough in adapter. If you are looking for a 10" rough in toilet, you may want to take a look at CST744SF.10#01 or if you to use a roughin adapter you can look at the CST474CEFG#01

Which angle supply should I purchase for this toilet? Thanks.
Answer:

If you are just replacing a toilet, you don't need one of those.  If you are doing new construction, get teh angled if it's coming out of the wall.

Are toilets being sold here brand new? not returned for whatever reasons? Also does price listed for CST744-01 include tank and bowl?
Answer:

All units are brand new from the manufacturer. These units are not seconds and again are brand new from TOTO. This will be the price for the tank and bowl. The prefix of CST will designates it will include the tank and bowl. However, most 2 piece toilets do not come with a seat. That will have to be purchased separately.

Question:
What is universal height? I want a height of around 18".
Answer:

Universal height is the same thing as ADA height, chair height and comfort height.  This means the toilet bowl from the base to the rim is 16.5 inches.  Normally once you install a seat you will be sitting 17.25 inches high.
