OTHER THOUGHTS:   Do not buy from a dealer who does not stock toto, because it takes 4 to 6 weeks for a warranty replacement.

OTHER THOUGHTS:   Had to tear up wall to accomodate water supply, as the offset was wider than the toilet we were replacing, but after installation, we learned to love this toilet -- looks great, works well & is easy to clean
