This is the only flapper that fits my Toto toilets. They are not available at the local stores, and easy to install.

No big deal about this -- just a replacement toilet flapper valve. As for optional info on frequency of purchase answer options did not fit -- only as needed (rarely)

I buy all of my TOTO parts and items from NBS because they stock them and ship asap. Never had a problem with them. I can get the item quicker than driving into town and dealing with someone that doesn't know what I am asking for and really doesn't care. NBS does. Richard Sugar Land, TX
