Yes, this toilet is ADA compliant so it will be about 16-1/4" to the top of the bowl compared to the standard height that is about 14-1/4".
It's residential but has the power of a commercial toilet. We have many people who put these in commercial applications.
This toilet has the Cyclone flush which is the best on the market right now. While it does only use 1.28 GPF the technology used helps make the flush even better than their standard 1.6 GPF G-Max flush. Also, if you get a 1.6 GPF toilet, you will not be able to get the same features you would be getting with this model.
A standard elongated seat will work as well.
Those are ADA compliant, the U means that it is a 1 GPF.

You can use normal toilet cleaners so long as it isn't a harsh or coarse cleaner. Stuff like bleach or comet is bad. Normal gel cleaners are fine.
Cotton white is your standard white that matches all other whites. Colonial white is a softer, muted, antiqued white.
Sanagloss is where Toto bakes an extra layer into the bowl and throughtout the plumbing of the toilet to make the porcelain a truly smooth surface. Porcelain is porous on a microscopic level. This gives bacteria and mildew places to settle in and grow, hence the reason you see red and black mildew stains in the bowl. Sanagloss helps prevent that by filling all those small holes. It also helps residue not stick to the inside of the bowl as much. This doesn't mean you don't have to clean your bowl, but it does keep the maintenance level down.
